Digital specialists development program "Digital Transformation Master College"

The Kurita Group has set a goal of developing and securing 750 digital specialists by the end of fiscal year 2027. As part of this, the group offers a training program called " Digital Transformation Master College" that aims to create value in each company and organization by utilizing information and data on " water knowledge " to meet customer and societal needs.

POINT In 2023, we will implement "data analysis" training aimed at solidifying skills

We provide "data analysis" training to applicants and recommended personnel from each organization. We aim to solidify skills through e-learning, hands-on training by external lecturers, one-on-one skill development, data analysis contests using practical data, and more.
