Optimization of plant operation management

We introduce our efforts towards Digital Transformation.
BX Optimization of plant operation management
Targeting RO membrane system, which accounts for a large proportion of the cost and power consumption in water treatment, this system uses AI (artificial intelligence) to optimize the operation of the equipment based on past data, thereby simultaneously reducing operating costs and GHG emissions (power consumption, etc.).
POINT1 Reduced GHG emissions through reduced power consumption and reduced operating costs through reduced frequency of cleaning chemicals and RO membranes replacement
By using AI to manage the RO membrane system(pumps and RO membranes units), which is an issue in water treatment lines, it is possible to reduce power consumption and GHG emissions. In addition, it is possible to reduce operating costs by reducing the use of cleaning chemicals, cleaning costs, and frequency of RO membranes replacement.
The algorithm-based "layout design application" reduces both the amount of work and the time required for basic design.

POINT 2 High power saving achieved through optimization using AI

POINT3 AI algorithms analyze driving data to optimize driving

POINT4 The system can be installed regardless of whether or not there is an external network.
