By sharing and utilizing this data and knowledge within the Group, we create value for customers and society at on-site contact points around the world and acquire new knowledge. I believe that Digital Transformation is something that only Kurita can do, as it uses digital technologies to create this virtuous cycle and continue to contribute to the realizing a sustainable society .

In order to become an organization that can provide the fastest and most optimal solutions, we need to change our corporate culture to one that generates new ideas that go beyond the boundaries of existing businesses. To achieve this, I want to take on the challenge of creating a workplace that promotes collaboration around the world. I will create an Environment where information and data can be shared and utilized, improve internal communication, and support all employees in using data as a matter of course.
